Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy listed below:
1. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to keeping the deposite fee set by the Nurse Practitioner.
NO-SHOWS:
A "no- show" is when a client misses an appointment without canceling or rescheduling in advance. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee scheduled. If there are TWO no-shows in a row, the Nurse Practitioner will make the decision to not book the patient for future treatments.
